PINUPS

 

"PINUPS", the Pinner Synagogue netball group which meets on a Monday evening, has been in existence for 17 years. The members are all keen netballers although new members are keen to point out that they have not touched a netball in twenty years.

 

Our squad consists of players of all ages and abilities - we have both new Mums and many grandmothers playing every week. We are a very friendly group of ladies who like to play netball whilst at the same time catch up with all the gossip! From time to time we play matches against other teams and have entered charity tournaments over the years.

 

We celebrated our 'Batmitzvah'  year by producing a calendar and went to Wembley for the England v South Africa match (to watch not play!).
